Who We Are
Designer / Stylist / Stager
Debbie Zimmer received her Interior Design Certification (IDC) from the New York Design Institute in 2018 and has been working on projects since. She is an accredited Home Stager and has held a Real Estate License in the past. Real Estate and Design has been her passion for many years while working full time in the corporate sector.
Debbie’s eye for innovative designs and styles is seen throughout the projects she has done to date. Without prescribing to any one style, she does love to incorporate unique elements into her designs. She loves to match old with new, rustic with modern and incorporate unique pieces to help create a level of layer and interest in a home.
Architect and Design Work
Chuck Warinner, although in the restaurant industry for 30+ years, has a Naval Architect background that enables him to manage the intricacies of a project. His eye for detail and pride of doing things right is why we are successful at delivering a high quality product.
About Our Mascot
Booker, our Miniature Golden Doodle is our official mascot and name sake of the business. He brings us joy everyday and loves to visit our worksites when he promises to be a good boy.
