Blue Ash Whole House Rehab
This was another full house renovation. This 1950’s ranch was worn and outdated. In order to achieve an open concept layout and to design a larger chef’s kitchen, we had to move the old staircase that originally sat just outside the kitchen. We created an additional full bath on the main floor in order to create a private Primary On-suite. We added a guest bedroom on-suite in the lower level along with an office/flex space.

This client’s house had pristine original tile from the 50’s in the first floor bathroom, so removing it was non-negotiable. We wanted to pay tribute to the beautiful tile by keeping the design simple and clean. We went with a white hexagon floor tile to keep with the home’s age and style. We installed a simple wood vanity with legs in order to create a light and airy feel. This was a small project, but had a large impact.
